Andrew Michael Bell

Andrew Michael Bell, age 79, of Collins, GA, passed away peacefully on April 11, 2026. He was born on March 26, 1947, and lived a life defined by dedication, hard work, and love for family.

Andrew Michael proudly served his country as a veteran of the United States Army, reflecting a lifelong sense of duty and strength. Following his military service, he built a long and respected career and retired from Plant Vogtle. He was also a proud member of his local sheet metal union, where he was known for his craftsmanship and the pride he took in his work. Andrew Michael was a man who valued loyalty, simplicity, and time well spent with those he cared about, especially his grandchildren.

Andrew Michael had a variety of interests and hobbies. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed building things. 

He was preceded in death by three brothers, three sisters, and his daughter, Ginger Bell. He is survived by his children, Michael Bell Jr., and Justin Bell; his brother, Jimmy Bell Sr.; five grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews, all of whom will cherish his memory.

Andrew Michael will be remembered for his quiet strength, steady presence, and the legacy of a life lived with purpose. He leaves behind family, friends, and all who knew him with lasting memories and deep appreciation.
