Anna Morris

Anna Lou Dubberly Morris, 76, passed away Thursday, February 25, 2016 at Memorial Health University Medical Center. She was born April 13, 1939 to James and Vasti Todd Dubberly and lived in this area most of her life. She was a loving mother and grandmother who loved to work in her yards. She was very dedicated to her work with her dialysis patients due to her family's history with diabetes. She loved to cook and take care of her family and friends and never turned anyone away at their time of need.
She is preceded in death by husband, Herman J. "Buddy" Morris; daughters, Wanda Ann Morris Carnes, Janice Morris Marinich, Barbara G. Morris NeSmith, special friend, Roy Baxter.

Brothers: Harold Dubberly of Savannah, Georgia
Sam Dubberly of Lyons, Georgia
Sisters: Mary Sue Dycus of Lyons, Georgia
Lucy Kauffman of Merritt Island, Florida
Ruby Vaughan of Williamson, Georgia
Martha Jean Griffin of Hagan, Georgia
Grandchildren: Meredith Harrell Hardage of Peak, South Carolina
Brittany Stanfield of Glennville, Georgia

Great-Grandchildren: Jayden Grimes and Hayden and Harrison Hardage
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm, Sunday, February 28, 2016 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 pm at the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Knight officiating. Burial will be in Glennville City Cemetery.
