Barbara "Bobbie" Dubberly, 85 passed away Saturday June 24, 2017 at her residence. The Glennville native was born July 20, 1931 to Johnny and Bennie Brannen Moore. She was a homemaker and a loving caring, wife, mother, and grandmother. She was a member of Mendes Baptist Church and was preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by:
Husband, Bennie L. Dubberly of Glennville, Georgia
Children, Fred Dubberly (Rita) of Glennville, Georgia
Diane Smith (Jimmy) of Vidalia, Georgia
Sisters, Melba McDugald of Orlando, Florida
Laverne Thomas (Owen) of Baldwin, Florida
Dorthy Kicklighter (Cecil) of Richmond Hill, Georgia
Brother, Durone Moore (Donna) of Reidsville, Georgia
Sister-in-law, Carol Moore of Jacksonville, Florida
Four Grandchildren, Six Great Grandchildren, and Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin 2:00 PM, Monday, June 26, 2017 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 3:00 PM at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. Jimmy Smith and Rev. Bob Lake officiating. Burial will be in the Mendes Baptist Church Cemetery.
