Bennie Nelson

Bennie Sue Nelson, 76 passed away Saturday, November 26, 2016 at Glenvue Health and Rehabilitation Center. The Tennessee native had lived in Glennville for the past 3 years and was a homemaker, florist and animal lover. She loved to do crafts, cook for her family and a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by Parents,George Runnebaum and Olivia McClean Runnebaum; Husband, Bobby Lynn Nelson; Daughter, Sherry Nelson Sweaney; and Granddaughter, Jessica Ann Smith.
She is survived by, Children, David Wesley Fly (Debbie) of Camden, TN
Lisa Kickligher (Edwin) of Glennville, GA
Tracy Lynn Cartwright of Mount Juliet, TN
Grandchildren, Jennifer Williams (Brandon) of Lexington, TN
Christopher Fly (Misty), Memphis, TN
Candace Metts (Derek) of LaGrange, GA
Michael Smith of Glennville, GA
Ashley Reyes (Brandon) of Camden, TN
14 Great Grandchildren several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 2:00 pm, Sunday, December 4, 2016 at Oak Grove Baptist Church. Funeral Services will follow at 3:00 pm, at Oak Grove Baptist Church with Rev. Doug Weisel officiating. Burial will be at a later date in Tennessee.
