Bertie Ruth Stubbs, 82 passed away Saturday, February 10, 2018 at her residence surrounded by her family and under the care of Southern Care Hospice. She was born in Glennville, GA. February 2, 1936 to Hubert and Georgie Bacon Stubbs living in this area most of her life. She was a homemaker, loving mother, grandmother, great grandmother and great great grandmother. She loved to read, do puzzles, watch soaps and golf on TV. She was of the Baptist Faith and is preceded in death by her parents, Two Brothers, and one sister.

Twenty Five Grandchildren, Forty Three Great Grandchildren, Ten Great Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 1:30 pm, Tuesday, at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 3:00 pm, Tuesday at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will be Private.
