Bill Clifton O'Neal, 75, passed away on September 8, 2026, at his residence. He was born on January 23, 1951, in Glennville, Georgia to Winton "Peanut" and Lucilie Anderson O'Neal and his life reflected the values of hard work, laughter, and deep devotion to those he loved.
Bill worked as a mechanic, a trade that spoke to his practical skill and steady work ethic. He was a man who loved his family and found great joy in being with them. He also enjoyed hunting and fishing, and especially treasured time spent at the river. Those who knew Bill will remember his easy-going spirit and his way of cutting up and joking, bringing smiles and laughter to the people around him.
More than anything, Bill will be remembered for the love he had for his family and for the simple pleasures that made life meaningful to him. His presence, his humor, and the time he shared with those closest to him leave a lasting memory that will be cherished.
He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers, Quinton "Red" O'Neal, Bobby O'Neal and grandson, Colby Anderson.

Connie Louise Williamson (Chris) of Kokomo, Indiana
Siblings, Anne Greene (David) of Waycross, Georgia
Jane Putnam (Ricky) of Warner Robins, Georgia
Ronnie O'Neal (Tina) of Glennville, Georgia
Grandchildren, Tully Anderson, Conway Anderson, Joshua Williamson
Special Friend, Diane Mann Moody, Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm, Friday, September 11, 2026, at Brannen Family Funeral Services. Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, Saturday, September 12, 2026, at the chapel of Brannen Family Funeral Services. Burial will follow in Pigott Branch Church Cemetery.
