Carol J. Goodman

Carol Jean Reardon Goodman, 63, of Metter, passed away on March 26, 2016 at Ogeechee Area Hospice in Statesboro. Born in Chicago, Illinois, she lived in Metter for the past 60 years.

She was predeceased by her parents, Donald and Ida Mann Reardon, and a sister, Patricia Reardon Sikes.

She is survived by her husband, Johnny Goodman of Metter; a son and daughter, JR and Shannon Laird of Metter; daughters, Donya Joy Goodman Higbee (Steven) of Ludowici and Janet Elaine Goodman Lanier (Allen) of Metter; and three grandchildren, Tyson Atticus Lanier, Olivia Ann Laird and Landry Spence Laird.

A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Family Catholic Church on Saturday, April 9 at 2:00pm.

Remembrances in lieu of flowers and food, donations can be made to Ogeechee Area Hospice, Post Office Box 531, Statesboro, Georgia, 30459.
