Cassandra Nereida Diaz, passed away Saturday, December 26, 2015 at Optim Medical Center in Reidsville. She is the infant daughter of Leslie Diaz and Jonathan Gonzalez.
She is also survived by:
Brother, Jonathan L. Gonzalez Jr
Maternal Grandparents, Nereida Alicea & Karl Williams
Paternal Grandparents, Chong Lee & Billy Jones
Godparents, Ramona & Thomas Stevenson
Aunts, Ashley Alicea and Christina Williams
Several other relatives also survive.
Memorial Funeral Services will be 6:00 pm, Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at the Chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Pastor Bobbie Adkins Officiating
