Cay Holliday

Cay Blocker Holliday, 61 passed away Saturday, August 12, 2017 at Evans Memorial Hospital. She was born December 3, 1955 to Waldo and Louise Waters Blocker and lived in Glennville all of her life. She was a 1973 Graduate of Glennville High School, and was employed with Department of Family and Children Services and Department of Correction Detention Center in Claxton for many years. She was a homemaker, loving, caring wife, mother and grandmother and loved to crochet and watch old TV programs and movies. She loved playing the piano and listing to music and spending time with her granddaughters. She is preceded in death by her parents, brothers, Everett Blocker and Neal Blocker.

Darla (Clayton) Walker of Glennville, GA
Sisters, Cathy (George) Leubner of Westlake, LA
Donna Blocker Frey of Westlake, LA
Brother, Loy (Bonnie) Blocker of Glennville, GA
Sister in law, Patricia Blocker of Lyons, GA
Granddaughters, Kensly Love and Caylee Walker, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm, Monday, August, 14, 2017 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be at 2:00 pm, Tuesday, August 15, 2017 at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. Bryan Anderson officiating. Burial will be at Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
