Charles Brunner

.Charles S. Brunner, 78, passed away Sunday, September 10, 2017 at Candler County Hospital in Metter after an extended illness. He was born in Savannah, Georgia July 21, 1939 to Edward and Alice Stark Brunner and lived in Savannah and Glennville most of his life. He was employed at Armstrong State College in Savannah and Duramatic Corporation in Glennville for many years. He was an avid outdoorsman that loved to work in his garden and yard and was a member of the Trinity Church of the Nazarene in Bellville, GA. and Corner Stone Bible Church in Glennville.
He is survived by his wife, Marie Brunner of Glennville, GA
Brother, Harry Brunner of Midway, GA
Sisters in-law, Grace C. Smith of Townsend, GA
Janie McCarthy of Glennville, GA
Lilly Wilcher of Lyons, GA
Annie Lou Goll of Romulus, MI
Several grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm, Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm, in the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. James Bradley and Rev. Winston Beasley officiating. Burial will be in Cool Springs Church Cemetery in Aline, GA.
