Charles Thomas Dawson, 58, passed away Wednesday, August 14, 2019 in Aiken, S.C. from injuries received in an auto accident. He was born August 8, 1961 to Howell and Linda Strickland Dawson and lived in this area all of his life. He was employed with Claxton Poultry where he loved and enjoyed his job as a truck driver. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors. He was always joking and loved to be with family and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents, a brother, Randy Dawson.

He is survived by, Sister, Laura McClain (Jake) of Glennville, GA

Brothers, Howell “Buster” Dawson (Sherry) of Glennville, GA

R. L Dawson (Yvonda) of Ludowici, GA

Several cousins, nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will begin at 9:00 am, Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 am, Saturday, August 17, 2019 at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will be in Hinesville Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be Daniel Dreggors, Richard Waters, Jake McClain, Brandon McClain, Seth Floyd, Vance Epperson Jr., Greg Dawson, Shad Dasher
