Craig Young Jenkins, 68, of Pembroke passed away on November 10, 2025, at Well Star Medical College of Georgia in Augusta, after a brief illness. He was born on October 20, 1957, in Savannah before moving to Pembroke 17 years ago. He was a carpenter by trade and in his spare time he enjoyed being outside, building things, fixing things and especially loved fishing. He was of the Baptist faith and is preceded in death by his parents, George Samuel Jenkins Sr. and Maggie Bell Hall Jenkins; son, Michael Helmley; siblings, Johnny Jenkins, Jimmy Jenkins, Randall Jenkins, David Jenkins, Douglas Jenkins, and Bobby Jean Eggert; brother-in-law, Carl Hohnerlein; niece, Heather Hohnerlein; and a nephew Ronnie Lanier.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 am, Friday, November 14, 2025 at Brannen Family Funeral Services. Funeral Services will be held 12:00 noon, Friday November 14, 2025 at the chapel of Brannen Family Funeral Services. Burial will follow in Lower Black Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery, 19 Black Creek Church Road, Ellabell, Georgia 31308
