Danny Lynn

Danny Steve Lynn, 67, went to his heavenly home on Wednesday, February 17, 2021 at University Hospital in Augusta after a short illness. He was born June 2, 1953 to Earl and Lavonia Bargeron Lynn and lived in Glennville all of his life. Danny was a 1971 graduate of Glennville High School and was the Glenvue Nursing Home Administrator for 35 years. He was a charter and lifelong member of Calvary Baptist Church where he served as the office manager, after retiring, organist and as the chairman of the deacons. Danny was a man of many talents and loved to woodwork, play the piano, and garden. He was a loving husband, father and grandfather. Danny is preceded in death by his parents and brothers, James Lynn and Ricky Lynn.

Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm, Sunday, February 21, 2021 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 3:00 pm, Sunday, February 21, 2021 at the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. Jerry Knight and Rev. Bryan Anderson officiating. Burial will follow at the Glennville City Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be grandsons.
