Debbie Ray Brannen

Debbie Ray Brannen, 63, passed away at her residence on September 1, 2025.

Born on December 26, 1961, to Walter Doyle and Jeanette Stanfield Ray, Debbie was a proud graduate of the Glennville High School Class of 1979. Her dedication to her work as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) reflected her compassionate nature and commitment to caring for others.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, Debbie found immense joy in spending time with her family, particularly with her beloved grandsons. They were undoubtedly the pride of her life, and she valued every moment shared with them.

Debbie is preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by:

Husband of 44 years, Mickey Brannen of Glennville, Georgia

Children, Ashley NeSmith (Demere) of Claxton, Georgia
Michael Brannen (Kayla) of Glennville, Georgia

Brother, Walter Ray (Lana) of Townsend, Georgia

Grandsons, Chevy NeSmith and Maddox Brannen

Several, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 am, Thursday, September 4, 2025 at Brannen Family Funeral Services. Funeral Services will follow at 11:00 am, at the chapel of Brannen Family Funeral Services. Burial will be in Beards Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
