Emma Turner

Metter- Emma Louise Turner 81, died Sunday July 25, 2010 at East Georgia Regional Medical Center after a short illness. The native of Ocilla lived most of her life here after supporting her husband through his Navel career. Mrs. Louise was a member of Cedar Street Baptist Church, Braves fan and loved supporting her grandchildren in their endeavors.

Survivors; Daughter, Brenda (Gerald) Block of Topeka KS, Myra (Travis Dwayne)Valentine of Metter, Grandchildren, James Allen (Brandy) Block, Marty (Irene)Valentine, Allison Kirby, Amanda (Stephen) Blackstone, Great Grandchildren, Jacob and Kyleighn Block, Michael Kirby, Veronica Valentine, Jorja Valentine, 2 bonus grandchildren, Lorenzo and Rebecca Zuccwi, Brother, W.F. (Buck) Martin.

Graveside funeral services will be held 5:00 Tuesday July 27, 2010 at Alderman Cemetery in Bulloch County.

Family and friends will gather and visit from 3:30-4:30 at the funeral home and then escort Mrs. Turner to the cemetery.
