Frank Mccarthy

Frank Henry McCarthy, 67, passed away Sunday, August 1, 2021 at his residence under the care of GHC Hospice. He was born September 5, 1953 in Ahaui, Hawaii to James Robert and Bernice Elizabeth McCoy McCarthy and was a retired US Army Veteran. Frank was employed with the City of Glennville for many years and was an avid outdoorsman that loved to hunt and fish. He was preceded in death by his parents; a brother, James Nolan McCarthy; a sister Bernice Kanoelani Martin and wife, Janie Collins McCarthy.

He is survived by:

Thomas McCarthy (Ashley) both of Kansas City, Missouri
Barbara Willis Davis of Baxley, Georgia
Mike Willis (Margie) of Poplar Grove, Arkansas
Eugene Barber (Bonnie) of Glennville, Georgia

Sisters, Blanche French (Marv)
Colia Adams (Kit) both of Montana

Fourteen grandchildren, nineteen great grandchildren, seven great-great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will begin at 4:00 pm, Wednesday, August 4, 2021 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 5:00 pm on Wednesday at the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will be private at a later date.
