Herschel Rewis

Cobbtown- Hershel Rewis 98 died Wednesday March 17, 2010 at Evans Memorial Hospital. The native and life long resident of Tattnall County attended Hillside Church of God. Mr. Rewis was a retired farmer and enjoyed fishing and working in his garden.

Survivors; Daughters, Rowena (Hugh) Strickland of Bellville, Jewel (Tony) Weathers of Collins, Gertrude (Hop) Knight of Jesup, Eva Mae (Bob) Matteson of Prosperity S.C.,
Sons; W.H. (Dub) Rewis of Salt Lake Utah, Howard Rewis of Cobbtown, 17 Grandchildren 20 great grandchildren and several great great grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 2:00 Saturday at The Cobbtown Baptist Church with burial in the

Cedar Creek Cemetery.

Visitation will be Friday evening 6-8 at the Cobbtown Chapel.
