Imogene Harold

February 8, 1950 — September 8, 2021

Imogene “Punk” DeLoach Harold, 71, passed away Wednesday, September 8, 2021 at Southeast Georgia Health System in Brunswick. She was born in Long County, Georgia February 8, 1950 to Ira and Irene Boyd DeLoach and lived here all of her life. Punk was a 1967 graduate of Long County High School and loved to play softball and basketball. She was retired from Civil Service at Ft. Stewart after many years. Punk enjoyed being outdoors, hunting, fishing and spending time with her family. She was a spit fire that never met a stranger and was a loving mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Punk was a member of Pigott Branch Missionary Baptist Church and is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Bobby Harold;  a son, Bobby Randel “Robbie” Harold II; siblings, Iris DeLoach Varnadoe, Ira Dell DeLoach, Ira Lee DeLoach, Issac Loyal “Tony” DeLoach, Ivis “Meck” DeLoach Lewandowski, Iverson M. “Sonny” DeLoach.

She is survived by:

Son, Kelly Harold of Glennville, GA

Siblings, Iona “Penny” DeLoach Barnes of Glennville, GA
Inell DeLoach Causey (Jay) of Augusta, GA
James I. “Duck” DeLoach (Edie) of Glennville, GA

Grandchildren, Randel Harold (Megan), Chasitie Hill (Christopher) and
Shelton Harold

Great Grandchildren, Kinslee, Kindall, Kaleb, Kannon, Iralynn, Dawson, Aiden and Brennan

Several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 am, Monday, September 13, 2021 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 11:00 am, Monday, September 13, 2021 at the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will follow in DeLoach Family Cemetery.

Social distancing of three feet due to Covid 19 will be enforced and masks are asked to be worn on all services.
