James Gurley

Mr. James Irvin Gurley, 73 of Jacksonville, FL, passed away Sunday, December 16, 2018 at Community Hospice in Jacksonville surrounded by his loving family.

Mr. Gurley was born on February 2, 1945 to Mr. Eric Jesup and Mrs. Margaret Brannen Gurley in Quitman, GA. He joined the U.S Army and upon his departure from the Army, received a Bachelor's Degree in Programing Internet Technology and retired from Hart-Hanks after years of loyal service.

He is preceded in death by his parents and his siblings.

He is survived by his sons, James Allen Gurley of Gainsville, FL, Michael Jason Gurley (Anna) of Metter and Christopher Jefferson Gurley of Jacksonville, FL. Four grandchildren and several other relatives also survive.

Graveside funeral services will be conducted on Saturday, January 12, 2019 at 11:00 a.m. at Brannen Cemetery in Bulloch County, GA.
