James Lynn

Mr. James Earl Lynn (Old Timer), 66, passed away Sunday, June 10, 2018 at his residence in Reidsville, Georgia. The Tattnall County native had lived in the Glennville and Reidsville area all of his life. He was a retired farmer that enjoyed carpentry, fishing, camping and spending time at the river with his family and friends. Mr. Lynn is preceded in death by his parents, Earl and Lavonia Lynn and brother Ricky Lynn.

He is survived by his wife of 22 years, Theresa Lynn of Reidsville; Sons: James Michael Lynn (Tammy) of Glennville, Jason Brad Lynn of Reidsville; Daughters: Casey Kicklighter (Steve) of Glennville, Ashley Henderson of Vidalia; Sisters: Helen McDaniel (James) of Baxley, Sandra Simmons (Dana) of Glennville, Brenda-Faye Strickland (Mike) of Savannah; Brother: Danny Lynn (Debbie) of Glennville; Nine Grandchilren: Shyann Kicklighter of Glennville, Cameron, Caleb, and Cayden Byrd of Vidalia, Morgan Bland (Jordan) of Glennville, Jordan Lynn (Heather) of Glennville, Kasity Lynn, Jaycee Lynn and Tate Buckley of Reidsville; Four Great Grandchildren; Mother-in-law: Louise Davis of Reidsville; Sisters-in-law: Tyra Lynn of Bloomigdale and Pam Woody of Marion, NC; Several Nieces, Nephews, and other relatives also survive. A special thanks is extended to a family friend, Ansley Ammons.

Visitation will be held 6:00 pm, Wednesday, June 13, 2018 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 11:00 am, Thursday, June 14, 2018 at the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Glennville City Cemetery.
