James Martin

James W. "J.W." Martin 73, passed away Thursday, November 24, 2016 at Glenvue Health and Rehabilitation. He was born December 8, 1942 to Wallace Daniel and Lula Bellamy Martin and lived in Glennville most of his life. He was employed with Stanfield Timber for many years and enjoyed working in his garden, doing woodworking, fishing and hunting. He was a history buff and loved to read. He is preceded in death by a son, Robert Wade Martin, daughter, Crystal Martin.
He is survived by, Wife, Lois Bacon Martin of Glennville, GA
Sons, Steven Martin of Glennville, GA
Jamie (Rachael) Martin of Anderson, IN
Brother, Earl Martin of Salem, IN
Grandchildren, Morgan and Wiley Martin, several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm, at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. Robert Long officiating. Burial will be in Little Rock Church Cemetery.
