Janie Purcell

Janie Ruth Jones Purcell, 84, passed away Thursday, November 11, 2010 at her home after a battle with cancer. Mrs. Purcell was born on August 18, 1926 and was a member of Battle Creek Primitive Baptist Church. She was a homemaker and loved spending time with her children and grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Covin Purcell and grandson, Gerald Collins.
Survivors include:
Daughters & Sons-in-Laws:Glenda and Jesse Cranford of Reidsville
Linda and Jerry Collins of Hagan
Grandchildren:Lisa McWilliams, Lana Rahn, Loren Cranford, Leslie Cranford, Len Black,
Karen Lynn and Jonathan Collins
10 Great-Grandchildren and 1 Great-Great Grandchild and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
