Jerrell Purvis

Jerrell B. Purvis, 78, passed away Tuesday, January 17, 2017 at his residence surrounded by his family and under the care of Ogeechee Area Hospice. He was born in Glennville, GA to LeRoy and Annie Mae Purvis living in Glennville all of his life. He was employed with the Glennville Police Department for many years and self employed in the trucking industry Survivors: Wife, Isiline A. Purvis of Glennville. Sons, Jerry Purvis of Glennville, Kenny Purvis (Katie) of Glennville. Sister, Shirley Whitson (Andy) of Townsend, GA, Brother, Roy Purvis (Myra) of Claxton.
Visitation will begin at 12:00 noon on Thursday, January 19, 2017, at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with funeral services to follow at 2:00 pm in the chapel. Burial will be in Glennville City Cemetery.
