Jessie Smith

Jessie Janelle Smith, passed away Wednesday, March 13, 2013 at Cincinnati Children's Hospital in Ohio. Jessie was born September 18, 2012 in Augusta, Georgia to Heath and Kelli Perkins Smith.

Other survivors include: Brother, Gabriel Smith
Sister, Rayleigh Smith
Maternal Grandparents, Teresa and David Perkins
Paternal Grandparents, Angie and Gene Williams and Bobby Smith
Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM, Saturday, March 16, 2013 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home.

Funeral Services will be held 2:00 PM, Sunday, March 17, 2013 at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home with Elder Jim Bowen officiating. Burial will be in Love's Chapel Church Cemetery.
