Joey Adams

Joey Michael Adams, 35 died Saturday, April 19, 2014 at Optim Medical Center in Reidsville. The Glennville native had lived in this area all of his life. He was a Marine Corps Veteran serving in Iraq, where he received numerous awards, medals and commendations. He was a truck driver and attended Glennville First United Pentecostal Church.

Several aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
Visitation will be on Thursday afternoon, April 24, 2014, beginning at 6:00 pm at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home in Glennville. Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm, Friday, April 25, 2014 at the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. Brad Pickren officiating. Burial will follow with military honors in the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
