John Paul Jernigan, 70, passed away peacefully on March 17, 2026, at The Oaks at Bethany. Born on October 22, 1955, Paul was a man of many talents and passions who left a lasting impact on all who knew him.

He was an enthusiastic follower of NASCAR, especially fond of his favorite driver, Jeff Gordon, and he enjoyed the excitement of WWE wrestling. Above all, he treasured the companionship of his beloved cats, Ali and Lucky.
