Judy Oliver Mobley, passed away on Wednesday, May 7, 2025, at her residence in Hinesville, Georgia, at the age of 82. Born on July 10, 1942, to Theron and Lola Dale Purcell Oliver, in the small town she would remain so lovingly connected to, Glennville, Georgia, Judy lived a rewarding and full life.

For an admirable 44 years, Judy dedicated herself to civil service at Ft. Stewart, where her commitment was marked by an undeniable passion for her work and the people with whom she served.

A passionate participant in the joyful gatherings of life, Judy was a proud member of the Red Hat Ladies for many years, showcasing her vibrant spirit and love for community. She also was a member of the Hinesville Garden Club, where her friendships blossomed. As a member of Walthourville Baptist Church, Judy's faith and devotion shaped her character and endeared her to all who were blessed by her presence.

Judy had a profound way with words throughout her life.  She was a devoted and loving wife, mother and grandmother that took pride in her family.

Judy will be profoundly missed by her beloved family, including her devoted husband of 61 years, Ferrell Mobley, and their daughter, Tiffany Mobley Smith (Lee) of Hinesville, Georgia. Her love and legacy continues through her grandchildren, Clayton Mobley, Taylor Smith, Amanda Smith, and Harrison Smith, all of whom brought her immense joy and pride. Judy's also survived by her brother, Robert Oliver (Carolyn), along with several nieces and nephews.

A visitation will begin at 9:30 am, on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Brannen Family Funeral Services. A graveside will be held at 11:00 am, on Saturday, May 17, 2025 at Harmony Church Cemetery with Rev Mike Howard officiating.
