Judy Sapp

Judy Kicklighter Sapp, 74, died Monday, October 31, 2016 at her residence in Glennville. She was born in Glennville on April 30, 1942 to Perry Champion Kicklighter and Goldie Mildred Hallman Kicklighter and lived here all of her life. She was a homemaker and loved going to Shellman Bluff, fishing, gardening, spending time with family and friends, shopping and attending to anyone who needed her in any way. She was a very dedicated and loving wife, mother, sister, grandmother and friend to all. She was of the Christian faith and had a heart of gold.
She is preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jerry Sapp; and son, Doug Sapp.
Survivors include:
Children: David Sapp and
Hillary Altman, both of Glennville
Sister: Bennie (Robert) Tootle of Glennville
Grandchild: Colby Brown and Great-Grandchild: Landynn Brown
Several nieces and nephews also survive and her faithful companion, Buddy.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm, Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral services will be Thursday, November 3, 2016 at 11:00 am from the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Bro. Gene Hallman and Bro. Don Kicklighter officiating. Burial will follow in Beards Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
