Leatha Ann Wilson Stanfield, 75, died at her residence on Sunday, February 20, 2011 under the care of Ogeechee Area Hospice. The Glennville native had lived in this area most of her life. She was a homemaker and attended Gospel Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Bozo Stanfield; sons, Willie Stanfield and Rex Stanfield; sisters, Kittie Wallace and Nadine Graham.
Survivors include:
Daughter:Patricia & William Siren of Register
Sisters:Dora Lee Moody of Ludowici
Willie Bell Joseph of Glennville
Frankie Moody of Ludowici
Five Grandchildren and Nine Great-Grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm, Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home in Glennville.
Funeral Services will be 11:00 am, Wednesday, February 23, 2011 in the Chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. Bill Eller and Rev. Anthony Walker officiating. Burial will follow in Beards Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Jerry Hutcheson, Ricky DeLoach, James Moody, Johnathan Bunch, Julius Bargeron, Bo Bargeron.
Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home, Glennville Chapel, in charge of the arrangements.
