Letha Byrum

Letha Lynn Byrum, 95, passed away Monday, April 25, 2016 at Glenvue Health & Rehab. She was born July 10, 1920 in Glennville to Dennis and Cassie Anderson Lynn and lived in Glennville and Indian Trail, North Carolina. She was a homemaker, and a loving, caring mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was an avid gardener who loved to watch things grow. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and attended Calvary Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by husbands, Prentice Barrow and Willie Byrum, son, Revis Barrow, four brothers and three sisters.
She is survived by
Grandchildren: Ty (Dona) Barrow of Darien
Jay (Kay) Barrow of Darien
Casey Barrow of Athens
Caitlin Barrow of Atlanta
Sister: Evelyn Lynn of Glennville
Great-granddaughters: Jennifer, Ashley and Cindy
Several nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, April 27, 2016 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 pm at the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Pastor V. Vernon Eckleberry offficiating. Burial will be in Glennville City Cemetery.
