Cobbtown- Mr. Lewis Collins 77, of Cobbtown died Tuesday evening at his home. He was a lifelong resident of Tattnall County, and was of the Primitive Baptist Faith. He worked for both Crider Poultry and the Georgia Department of Transportation for many years and retired from Claxton Poultry. He is preceded in death by his wife Betty Jean Lynn Collins, and his parents Lummie and Veola Rewis Collins.

He is survived by his daughter Ashleymae (Mark) Prough of Garden City, and brother Aaron Collins of Collins.

Graveside funeral service will be conducted on Saturday January 30, 2016 11:00am at Cedar Creek Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery in Collins.
