Libby Davis

Libby Dutton Davis, 71, passed away Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at her residence under the care of Ogeechee Area Hospice. She was born February 20, 1947 to Mandell and Avis Bacon Dutton and has lived in this area all of her life. She was a 1965 Glennville High School graduate and retired from Civil Service at Ft. Stewart as the budget officer for the Ft. Stewart School Systems. She loved spending time with her family and watching her children and grandchildren's ball games. Libby was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a life member of Harmony United Methodist Church and is preceded in death by her parents.

Nine grandchildren, Three Great Grandchilren, Several Nieces and Nephews also survive.

Visitation will begin at 5:00 pm, Thursday, November 8, 2018 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be held 2:00 pm, Friday, November 9, 2018 at Harmony United Methodist Church. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
