Linda T. Morris, 81, passed away Tuesday, July 7, 2020 at University Hospital in Augusta. She was born August 7, 1938 in Glennville, GA to Freddie and Inez Thompson and lived in Glennville and Claxton all of her life. She was employed with Southern Bell for many years and retired from Evans Memorial Hospital after 29 years as their Payroll Clerk. She was a loving mother and grandmother and a member of Smyrna Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her parents, baby brother, sister, Lorine Burroughs and a son, Michael F. Morris.

She is survived by, Children, Cindy DeLoach (John) of Claxton, GA

Debra Storck (Bill) of East Point, FL

David Morris (Melissa) of Pembroke, GA

Siblings, Theron Thompson ( Kathleen) of Glennville, GA

Joretha Godbee of Claxton, GA

Grandchildren, Heidi Hurst (Kim), Quinn Harris, Ann Storck, Andrew Storck, Stephen Storck, Mikayla Crawford, Rhianna Morris, Lyddiha Morris and Jonathan Hurst.

Beloved Canine Companion, Sugar

Several nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will begin at 10:00 AM, Friday, July 10, 2020 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow 11:00 AM Friday at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home with Bro. Barry Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Harmony Church Cemetery.
