Mary Todd

Mary Janie Groover Todd, 96, passed away Wednesday, March 7, 2018 at her daughter's home in Monroe, Georgia. She was born September 29, 1921 to James and Mary Bowen Groover and lived in this area most of her life. She retired from the Mascot Pecan Company and was a homemaker. She was a member of Loves Chapel Primitive Baptist Church and is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Vernon Todd; daughters, Verna Dean Todd, Patsy Todd Driggers and granddaughter, Verna Leigh Malcom, Andrea Malcom.
She is survived by;
Daughter: Carolyn Malcome (Gerald) of Monroe, Georgia
Son-in-law: Robert Driggers of Macon, Georgia
Grandchildren: Barry Driggers, Brent Driggers, and Gildo Calabria
Eight Great Grandchildren, several Nieces and Nephews also survive.
Visitation will be 5:00-7:00 pm, Friday, March 9, 2018 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, March 10, 2018 at Loves Chapel Primitive Baptist Church with Elder W.H. Durrence, Elder Clay Gill, and Robert Driggers officiating. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Loves Chapel Church Cemetery.
