May Thrift

May Jo Kicklighter Thrift, 72 passed away Sunday, December 18, 2011 at Ogeechee Area Hospice inpatient center in Statesboro. The Tattnall County native had lived in Glennville most of her life. She was a homemaker, loving mother and grandmother and was a member of Beards Creek Primitive Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Eugene Thrift, Father, Herman Kickligher, Brothers, Wayne Kickligher and William Kicklighter.

She is survived by,

Children, Lisa & James Waters of Glennville
Stacia Hall of Glennville
Kenny & Cynitha Thrift of Riceboro

Mother, Melba Kickligher of Glennville

Several Grandchildren, nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will begin 10:00 AM, Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held Graveside, 11:00 AM, Tuesday, December 20, 2011 at Glennville City Cemetery.
