Nathan W. Cramer, 44, entered his heavenly home Sunday, March 21, 2021 at his residence surrounded by his family and under the care of Bethany Hospice. He was born September 18, 1976 to Jerry and Julie Sumoski Cramer and lived in Glennville since 1982. He loved being outdoors, working on the Farm, riding around, hunting and fishing. He loved being with his family and especially with his nephews spoiling them. He is preceded in death by his father, Jerry Cramer.

He is survived by his Mother, Julie S. Cramer of Glennville, GA

Sister, Erin Giddens (Barry) of Dublin, GA

Brother, Sam Cramer of Glennville, GA

Nephews, Maddux, Paxton and Lennox Giddens, several other relatives also survive.

Visitation will be held Thursday, March 25, 2021 from 6:00 to 8:00 PM, at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home in Glennville. A Private Family Memorial Service will be held at a later date.

Social distancing of six feet due to Covid 19 will be enforced and masks are asked to be worn on all services.
