Odene Branch Lehman, 87, passed away on July 18, 2026, at Memorial Meadows Hospital in Vidalia, Georgia. Born in Glennville on September 5, 1938, to Willie Hoke and Clara Barnhill Branch, Odene brought warmth, kindness, and a loving spirit to everyone blessed to know her.
Odene was a loving and caring mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and great-great grandmother whose presence created a sense of home and belonging throughout her family. Her affection and devotion radiated through all of life’s moments, both big and small.
Odene was employed with Suburban Propane Company for many years and later found fulfillment in her service before retiring from the Department of Labor. In her retirement, Odene loved to spend time square dancing.
Odene’s generosity and capacity to nurture were constants throughout her life, leaving an indelible mark on those fortunate enough to share in her journey. Her legacy lives on through every family tradition, every shared memory, and every lesson she imparted.
Odene is preceded in death by her husband, Lee Lehman; Grandson, Shawn Braly; Siblings, Jack Pate, June Padgett, Shirley Mock, Dianne Clark, and Skeeter Branch.
She is survived by:

Kelvin Braly (Sandra) of Gastonia, NC.
Brother, Gary Branch of Glennville, GA.
Grandchildren, Brandon Braly (Jessica) of Claxton, GA; Shane Braly (Matt) of Claxton, GA; Daniel Braly (Tia) of Gastonia, NC; Nicole Braly of Gastonia, NC; Karen Boxer of St. Saul Maria, Canada; Art Smith of St. Saul Maria, Canada; Josh Moser of Claxton, GA; and Chris Moser (Amanda) of Claxton, GA.
Great-Grandchildren, Zach, Jesse, and Alexis Braly; Noah and Keelie Braly; Joseph, Kate, and Carson Braly; Dustin Boyer and Cara Nahwehabow; Kanda Almanza; Dakota Moser; Addy, Remi, and Waylon Moser.
Great-Great-Grandchildren, Kamryn Matson, Kaelynn Matson, and Grayson Almanza.
Several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.
Visitation will begin at 5:00 PM, Monday, July 20, 2026, at Brannen Family Funeral Services. Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM, Tuesday, July 21, 2026, at Harmony Church. The body will lie in state one hour prior to the service. Burial will follow in Harmony Church Cemetery.
