Patsy Kicklighter

Patsy McCarthy Kicklighter, 78, passed away, Saturday, January 29, 2022 at Hospice of the Golden Isles in Brunswick. She was born March 10, 1943 to Johnnie and Alzada Cason McCarthy and lived in Brunswick most of her life moving to Glennville in 2015. She was a beautician working in Brunswick for many years. She enjoyed wood burning engraving, cooking for her family and writing letters to the elderly. She was a loving caring, wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a member of Way of the Cross Baptist Church in Brunswick and is preceded in death by her parents and husband, Don Kicklighter.

She is survived by:

Children, Matt Kicklighter of Brunswick, GA

Donna Bullman (Greg) of Port Orange, FL

Don Kicklighter, Jr (Kathy) of Jesup, GA

Luke Kicklighter of Jacksonville, NC

Grandchildren, Matt Kicklighter, Jr (Megan), Brad Kicklighter (Lauren)

Lyndsey Gegg (Brad) and Zachary Kicklighter

Six great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will begin 1:00 p.m. Thursday, February 3, 2022 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, February 3, 2022 at the Chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. Steve Miller officiating. Burial will follow in the Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery.
