Paul Merdic Flowers, 71, passed away peacefully at his residence on June 19, 2026, under the care of Regency Southern Care Hospice. He was born on November 6, 1954, in Savannah, Georgia and lived in Glennville all of his life
Paul worked as a pipefitter, mechanic, and welder. His commitment to his craft was evident to all who knew him, and he took pride in a job well done. He enjoyed mechanic work and gardening. Paul found fulfillment in being outdoors, whether tending to plants or simply appreciating the beauty of nature. Perhaps most cherished were the hours he spent in his shop with his son Josh, tinkering and sharing stories
Paul was known to many as a true people person. He had an effortless way of connecting with others, sparking conversations that made friends and neighbors feel welcome and valued.
Paul is preceded in death by his mother, Pauline Geiger, father, Johnny Flowers, brother, George Flowers and a grandmother, Willie Mae Stephens.
He is survived by his wife and companion of 21 years, Brenda Nobles of Glennville, Georgia

Caralyn Johnson of Vidalia, Georgia
Jessica Dubberly (Lee) of Glennville, Georgia
Siblings, Joe Flowers (Janae) of Glennville, Georgia
Beth Frost (Tommy) of Townsend, Georgia
Grandchildren, Kaydance Cervantes, Aria Nobles, Aspen Johnson, Miles Locke, Rilee Dubberly, McKenna Dubberly
Several Nieces, Nephews and Other Relatives also survive.
Visitation will begin at 2:30 pm, Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at Brannen Family Funeral Services. Funeral Services will be held at 3:30 pm, Wednesday, June 24, 2026 at the chapel of Brannen Family Funeral Services. Burial will follow in Glennville Memorial Gardens.
