Preston Love

Preston Love, 85, passed away peacefully, Sunday, September 17, 202023,23 at his residence under the care of Affinis Hospice. He was born on January 4, 1938, in Lyons, Georgia to his parents, Lester and Ethel Boone Love. 

Preston honorably served his country in the United States Navy for 20 years and was retired from Civil Service at Ft. Stewart. He was a loving son, husband, father and grandfather.

Mr. Love's beloved wife, Carolyn Helmly Love, preceded him in death. He is survived by his son, Phillip Love of Glennville, Georgia, and grandson Preston George Love.

Graveside Services will be held at 11:00 am on September 23, 2023 at the Glennville City Cemetery.
