Richard Allen Thomas, 57, passed away Friday, November 29, 2019 at The Medical Center of Central Georgia.  Richard was born March 28, 1962 to Allen Leon and Mary Laverne Watson Thomas and lived in Glennville until the age of 25 when he moved to Macon. He was self employed with his brothers in the Construction Industry most of his life. Richard loved the outdoors, hunting and fishing in the Ohoopee and Altamaha Rivers. He was a loving caring husband, father and grandfather and preceded in death by his parents.

He is survived by his wife, Melody Johnson Thomas of Macon, GA

Grandchildren, Joshua and Micah,  Cousins to include, Patricia Barnard, Robin Yendell and Laura Cason. Several nieces and nephews and other relatives also survive.

Visitation will begin at 12:30 pm, Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 pm Wednesday at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will be in Pine Grove Baptist Church Cemetery in Reidsville.
