Robert Carr

Robert H. "Bob" Carr, 73 passed away Saturday, August 13, 2011 at Glenvue Nursing Home. The Floyd County native and lived in Glennville and Rome most of his life. He was a U.S. Army Veteran and retired from Duramatic Products Manufacturing Corporation. He was a former member and deacon of Oak Grove Baptist Church and a present member of Mountain View Baptist Church in Rome. He is preceded in death by his wife, Peggy Tootle Carr, Sister Levon Middleton
He is survived by,
Children, Tami Carr Adams (Steve) of Enterprise Alabama
Tony Carr (Betty) of Enterprise Alabama
Brother, Jessie L. Carr of Trion, Georgia
Sister, Betty Hoyle of Rome, Georgia
Brother in law, Harvey Middleton of Rome, Georgia
Six Grandchildren, Six Great Grandchildren and several nieces and nephews also survive.
Funeral Services and Burial will be private at a later date.
