Robert Allen Crabtree, 40, passed away on November 30, 2023, at Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah, Georgia. He was born on June 9, 1983, in Savannah, and lived here all of his life.
Allen had a fulfilling career as a mechanic at E&E Automotive for many years, before his health no longer permitted him to continue working. His dedication to his craft was evident in the impeccable work he provided. Allen's passion for fixing things was no secret; it was ingrained in his very being. He delighted in tinkering with mechanical items, finding joy in the challenge of bringing them back to life. A master of his craft, he possessed a unique ability to transform broken pieces into functioning wonders.
In his free time, Allen enjoyed pursuing various hobbies and interests. He had an adventurous spirit and loved spending time in nature. Whether it was hunting or fishing, Allen always found solace in the great outdoors and loved spending time at the Altamaha River. As an avid Georgia Bulldog fan, he never missed an opportunity to cheer on his beloved team. Game days were spent with friends and family, huddled around the television as they enthusiastically supported the Dawgs.
However, above all else, Allen cherished his loved ones beyond measure. His devotion to family and friends knew no bounds; he would go above and beyond to ensure their happiness and well-being. Celebrations were made more memorable by his presence, as he effortlessly spread love and warmth wherever he went.
He is preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Dan Moody, paternal grandparents, Robert James & Goldie Crabtree and an aunt, Sandy Barnard.

Numerous cousins and friends also survive.
Visitation will begin at 10:00 am, Monday, December 4, 2023 at Brannen Family Funeral Services, Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am, at the chapel of Brannen Family Funeral Services. Burial will be in Glennville Memorial Gardens.
