Robin Mccorkle

Robin Maddox McCorkle, 60, passed away Monday, February 22, 2021. She was born May 6, 1960 in Sandersville, Georgia to Lonnell and Zelma Moye Maddox, living in Wrightsville most of her life and was a 1978 graduate of Johnson County High School. Robin was also a 1982 graduate of Georgia Southern University with a Bachelor’s Degree in business and lived in Hinesville for many years. She loved to cross stitch, grow a rose garden and camping. Robin loved her pets and was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was a member of New Life Family Church in Midway and is preceded in death by her father, Lonnell Maddox.

Husband, Joey McCorkle of Hinesville, Georgia

Sons, Logan McCorkle (Olivia) of Ludowici, Georgia
Brantley McCorkle of Hinesville, Georgia

Mother, Zelma Maddox of Sandersville, Georgia

Sister, Yvonne McCaskill (Dean) of Sandersville, Georgia

Granddaughter, Elizabeth McCorkle

Several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

Visitation will begin at 1:30 pm, Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Graveside Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 pm, Thursday, February 25, 2021 at Loves Chapel Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.

Social distancing of six feet due to Covid 19 will be enforced and masks are asked to be worn on all services.
