Serenia Hendrix

Serenia Weathers Hendrix, 47, passed away Wednesday, March 30, 2016. She was born October 10, 1968 to David and Leilani Johns Weathers and lived in Glennville all of her life. She attended Glennville High School and was employed with Hendrix Wallpaper for many years. She loved to be at the coast and salt water fish. She enjoyed doing crafts and helping her husband with Hendrix Painting Company.

Husband: Mark Hendrix of Glennville
Sisters: Tina Sallette and
Tess Weathers
Brothers: Johnny Weathers and
Shannon Powell
Several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews also survive.
Visitation will begin at 6:00 pm, Friday, April 1, 2016 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home.
Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm, Saturday, April 2, 2016 at the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. Kenny Edwards and Rev. Parnell Aldridge officiating. Burial will follow in Battle Creek Church Cemetery.
Pallbearers: Larry Bacon, Danny Johns Jr., Jeffery Sapp, Danny Kicklighter, Mitchell Speer and Darby Stephens.
