Sharon Nelson

Sharon Elizabeth Nelson, 57, died Thursday, August 19, 2010. The native of Bibb County moved to Metter 4 years ago and attended Open Door Worship Center. Sharon was a bus driver for the Candler County Board of Education and a former special needs driver in Henry County. She was preceded in death by her Father, Jeffery Grady Lanier II, Daughter, Tracy Lynn Woods, Brother, Paul Lanier, and Sister, Marcia Sheppard. She enjoyed cooking especially during the Holiday's for her family and rescuing animals.

Visitation will be 6:00 to 8:00 pm Sunday, August 22, 2010.

Funeral services will be 10:00 am Monday, August 23, 2010 in the Chapel of Kennedy-Morgan-Brannen with burial following in Evergreen Church Cemetery.
