Sheryl Gerrald

Sheryl Flowers Gerrald, the daughter of the late Daniel and Ouida Cobb Flowers, 69 passed away Sunday, February 24, 2019 at her residence surrounded by her family and under the care of Heartland Hospice. She was preceded in death by her grandson, Tim Gerrald; sister, Dana Beasley and brothers, Bruce Flowers and Talmadge Flowers.

Sheryl taught at Life Spring Christian Academy and owned a thrift store in Bloomingdale for many years. She loved to sew, read and sing to her grandchildren and spend time with her family. Her biggest joy in life were her grandchildren and she loved everyone unconditionally. She was a member of Life Spring Worship Center.

She is survived by her son, Brian Gerrald of New Ellenton, SC; a daughter, Cynthia Wilkerson (Wade) of Reidsville, GA; daughter-in-law, Lisa Gerrald of Rincon, GA siblings, Larry Flowers (Glenda) of North Augusta, Dwight Flowers, Doug (Lisa), Dwayne Flowers (Ashley) all of Hephzibah, GA; brother-in-law, Winston Beasley of Glennville, GA; sister-in-law, Gail Flowers; eight grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, several adopted grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews also survive.

Visitation will begin at 11:00 am, Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Funeral Services will follow at 1:00 pm, Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at the chapel of Brannen-Kennedy Funeral Home. Burial will be in Beards Creek Church Cemetery.
