Terrell Futch

Terrell W. Futch , 82, passed away Friday September 29, 2017 at his residence surrounded by his family and under the care of Ogeechee Area Hospice. He was born July 4, 1935 to Wallace Eugene and Delilah Johnson Futch and lived in Glennville most of his life. He was a U.S. Air Force Veteran and was employed with Union Camp Corporation for many years. He owned and operated Glennville Wood Preserving Company and was a loving caring husband, father and grandfather. He was a member of Glennville First Baptist Church where he served on the board of deacons and a member of the Friendship Sunday School Class for many years. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, Linda H. Futch, brothers, J.D Futch, Lattie Eugene Futch, Aubrey Futch and Jerry Futch.

Grandchildren, Andrew (Sarah) Allen, Ashlyn (Timothy) Tebeau, Stephen Traylor (Kaley Tootle), Mark Traylor, Patrick All, Parker All, Stephanie Tatum, Elizabeth Tatum, Will Tatum, Four Great Grandchildren, several nieces and nephews also survive.
The family would like to thank these individuals for their love and care extended to Terrell during his illness, Robin Stanfield, Patty Reddish, Shalane Bell, Kim Foix, Dr. Jesse Scott and Ogeechee Area Hospice.
Visitation will begin 5:00 pm, Saturday, September 30, 2017 at Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home.
Funeral Services will be held 3:00 pm Sunday, October 1, 2017 at the Chapel of Brannen Kennedy Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Howard and Dr. Rick Cason officiating. Burial will be in Glennville City Cemetery with military honors.
