Tucker Dixon

COBBTOWN, GA

TUCKER TALMADGE DIXON , 60, of COBBTOWN, passed away on January 7, 2021 at Ogeechee Area Hospice after an extended illness. Mr. Dixon was born on March 27, 1960 to Mr. Marvin and Mrs. Mary “Elizabeth” Bryan Dixon in Tattnall County and lived in this area all his life. He graduated from Metter High School, and was an auto body technician at Metter Paint and Body Shop for many years. He loved old cars, hunting, and fishing, and was preceded in death by his mother, Elizabeth Deal.

He is survived by:

Stepfather:  Dopson Deal of Metter, GA

Children:     Tiffany D. Price (John) of Metter, GA

Hillary Dixon of Emanuel County, GA

Brother:       Brian Dixon (Kathy) of Garfield, GA

Grandchildren: Kason Price, Peyton Price, and Asher Dixon

Graveside Services will be conducted on Sunday, January 10, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. at Sunlight Cemetery, Cobbtown, GA with Rev. Joey Holloway officiating. Family and friends will gather before the service at the cemetery. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, all CDC social-distancing guidelines of six feet between others will be encouraged. Masks are not required but recommended.
